With seven floors of impressive architecture, UMoMA displays exhibitions of global contemporary art, occasionally along with art historical retrospectives. Critical, political and theoretical matters are integrated into our agenda. As a guest, you are welcomed to guided tours, artist discussions, presentations, film showings and other activities with complimentary admission
The exhibits are created by UMoMA in partnership with artists and galleries worldwide and they often draw international interest. UMoMA has been granted a Special Commendation from the European Museum of the Year and was among the top candidates for the Swedish Museum of the Year Award as well as for the Council of Europe Museum Prize.
